We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Manager (Part-Time).**The candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational HR delivery for the Norwegian entity. The role focuses on hands‑on support to the organization, strong execution on contracts and employee matters, effective union relations, and tight control of payroll and people‑related costs. The role operates close to the business, with a strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary operational HR contact for managers and employees, capturing needs and ensuring timely resolution

  • Manage employment contracts, addenda, amendments and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Lead and maintain constructive union and employee‑representative relations, including preparation and participation in formal processes

  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor law, collective agreements and internal policies

  • Own payroll control, including:

    • Validation of payroll inputs and outputs

    • Payroll evolution, budgeting and forecasting.

    • Ongoing analysis of payroll evolution and deviations.

  • Support management with workforce cost analysis, headcount tracking and people‑related reporting

  • Provide strong technical and analytical support in M&A processes, including:

  • HR due diligence

  • Review of contracts, payroll structures, benefits and liabilities.

  • Identification of people‑related risks and synergies.

  • Coordinate with Group HR on policies, processes and reporting, while ensuring local applicability

Technical requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or similar

  • 5 years of experience in operational HR roles, preferably in regulated or unionized environments

  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian labour law and collective agreements

  • Proven experience managing contracts, payroll processes and payroll cost control

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience supporting M&A or due diligence processes

  • High attention to detail and ability to navigate complex organizations

  • Fluent in English; Norwegian strongly preferred.

  • Accurate contracts and payroll with controlled people costs

  • Stable and professional union relations

  • Clear identification and management of HR risks, including in M&A contexts
