Calculate and create LSD (lashing, securing, dunnage) plans

Stability calculations

Design and drafting of complex loading and discharging plans

Assist in loading operations (as port captain)

Dialogue with vessels, clients, class and statutory bodies in the design process

Participate in pre-loading meetings with clients

Relevant experience related to maritime operations

Technical or nautical education

Masters or PhD degree in Structural design/ Naval Architecture/ Ocean Engineering or similar

Professionally skilled, curious and engaged

Excellent analytical and communication skills

A commercial mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team

Interesting and challenging tasks in an international environment
