Project Manager -- Project Delivery

Join Neuver Maritime as our new Project Manager in Project Delivery and play a key role in delivering safe and efficient maneuvering solutions to customers worldwide.

In this role, you will be part of our project delivery organization, responsible for managing a portfolio of projects related to steering gear, rudders, and maneuvering solutions. You will own the contractual follow-up towards customers and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, time, cost, and Neuver standards. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers worldwide, ensuring high-quality execution in a global and technically advanced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver projects, ensuring performance on time, cost, and quality

  • Plan and manage project execution, owning contractual agreements and technical specifications towards customer

  • Act as single point of contact, secure project execution and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate and communicate well with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, production, service, and logistics

  • Manage project financial reporting, including budgeting, cost control, and change orders

  • Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive mitigation and continuous progress

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to improving project management tools, methods, and processes

Required qualifications
  • Relevant experience in project management or similar leadership roles in technical environments. Higher education is preferred, but not a requirement.

  • Technical understanding of maritime systems; steering gear/rudder experience is an advantage

  • Experience with ERP and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

  • Strong commercial understanding, including contracts, cost control, and change management

  • Excellent English skills; Norwegian is an advantage
