Service Engineer

So – what are your skills? 

Duties and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for doing commissioning, service and warranty work on our high-tech SeaQ product packages delivered to customers worldwide.
You will also participate and assist with in-house activities such as factory testing, reporting and technical assistance. This role requires a lot of traveling, and we are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic work environments, have the ability to make decisions, work independently and are service minded. 

Qualifications

• Technical background/education (Technician Level/ Bachelor / Master)
• Field Service / Site experience
• Good knowledge of products within following portfolio: 
  Control: Automation systems, Power Management Systems, Energy Management Systems
  Power: Switchboards, Drives, Energy Storage Systems, Protection systems
  Communication & IT Systems: ICT Systems, CCTV, IPTV, Telephone, Public Address
  Safety Systems: Fire Detection and Alarm systems.

• Good technical understanding and interest 
• Structured
• Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Norwegian driver's license
