Engineer - Drive & Energy Storage Systems 

We are expanding our team and looking for an engineer who wants to work with advanced control systems for drives and energy storage. If you enjoy a mix of software engineering, testing, and practical problem solving, this role is for you.

So – what are your skills? 

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop control system software for project deliveries
• Contribute to R&D activities for new functions and products
• Support projects in specification, procurement, integration, installation, and commissioning of electrical power and propulsion systems
• Handle technical clarifications with customers and class societies
• Participate in class approval and product certification processes
• Perform internal testing (IAT) and factory testing (FAT) of our control systems
• Attend supplier FATs and approve delivered equipment

Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field; relevant experience may compensate
• Experience with PLC, HMI, or other software programming/configuration
• Preferably experience with control systems (drives, automation, or similar)
• Good English skills, written and spoken
