Are you a structured, analytical and execution-focused professional ready to make a real impact? As a Project Manager at Norrøna, you will be a key driver for planning and executing strategic and operational projects across our entire company.
About the Position: In this role, you will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives tailored to our evolving strategic needs - ranging from tactical process refinements to large-scale digital transformations. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:- Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with Norrøna’s strategic objectives, sustainability ambitions and brand values
- Own end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, timelines, risk management and budget control
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, making data-informed decisions to keep projects on track in a dynamic environment
- Ensure transparent reporting on project progress, milestones, dependencies and risks to relevant stakeholders and leadership
- Are a structured and proactive project manager who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability, consistently driving projects forward
- Combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Maintain a flexible, hands-on approach and are ready to roll up your sleeves whenever needed to ensure project success
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field
- 2-4 years of experience within project management
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to plan, structure and follow up on multiple workstreams
- High digital competence and a natural curiosity for how technology can optimize business processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and learn
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
