As the Fullstack Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and direction of our software initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor and build a software team from scratch, influencing both the architecture of our systems and the culture of our development organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions that support Øglænd System’s business objectives.

• Establish best practices, coding standards, and development workflows for the software team.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and business leaders, to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Make critical technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and technologies.

• Promote a DevOps culture and champion continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability across all projects.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, recommending new tools and processes as needed.

• Make sure software solutions developed in Øglænd System are compliant with Hilti Global IT requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development, including significant experience with both frontend and backend technologies.

• Strong expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend, and Node.js, .NET, or similar for backend.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

• Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing software solutions.

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
