We seek a motivated HR Systems Graduate to join the HR Systems & Processes team. This position is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is curious about how HR, technology, and processes work together. You will be introduced to Aibel’s HR system landscape and join a team that supports efficient, digital, and well-functioning HR services across the organization.
About the positionIn this role, you will support the daily operation and further development of Aibel’s global HR systems, with a main focus on SuccessFactors. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and HR stakeholders across locations to support system updates, testing, documentation, and system releases. The role includes helping HR and leaders with user support, answering questions about system functionality, and assisting with troubleshooting.
You will also contribute to improving HR processes by supporting data quality follow-up, reporting, and process reviews. As part of the HR Systems & Processes team, you will take part in digitalization, automation, and improvement initiatives, as well as system- and project-related activities under guidance. This position offers a solid opportunity to learn how HR systems and processes work in practice within an international energy company, while gradually building both technical and HR-related competence.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, IT, digitalization or another relevant field

Motivation and strong interest in HR processes, HR technology and system‑supported work

Basic understanding of data, reporting or system configuration (beneficial, but not required)

Ability to learn new digital tools quickly and work in a structured, analytical manner

Good written and verbal communication skills in English (preferably also Norwegian)

Experience with HR systems, ERP or process‑oriented work from studies or internships is an advantage
