Chef wanted for Piazza Italia – Summer Season 2026

We are looking for a skilled chef to join the team for the summer season from June 1st to September 10th at Piazza Italia in Oslo. This is a full-time (100%) position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on authentic Italian cuisine.

You will be working across the full menu, preparing everything from starters to desserts, and contributing to consistent quality throughout service.

Key responsibilities:

– Preparation of starters, pasta dishes, salads, main courses, and desserts
– Contributing to smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service
– Maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization
– Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team

We are looking for someone who:

– Has experience as a chef, preferably within Italian cuisine
– Is structured, independent, and reliable
– Thrives in a high-paced and dynamic environment
– Has a genuine interest in Italian food and quality ingredients
– Experience with pizza is a strong advantage
