Maya's Restaurant, our fine dining destination, is seeking a talented chef to join our team! We have one full-time position available, starting on July 06, 2026. This is a permanent role requiring evening and weekend shifts.

🔍 What We Look For

• A strong passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
• Ability to prepare dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
• Experience with Italian cuisine.
• Adherence to food handling and hygiene protocols
• Capability to follow our set culinary guidelines and maintain consistency
• Commitment to keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized
• Effective communication and collaboration with service staff, bar team, and other departments
• Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen is preferred

• Ensure all dishes are prepared to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
