Lindos, a modern restaurant and cocktail bar in Oslo's vibrant Grünerløkka district, is looking for a dedicated chef to join our team! This is a full-time position (100%), starting ASAP. As a key member of our kitchen, your focus will be on creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
🔍 What We Look For
- Passion for high-quality cooking and seasonal ingredients

- Experience working in a professional kitchen
- Strong teamwork skills and collaboration with service and bar staff
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus

🎯 Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
- Perform daily mise en place for lunch, conference dinners, and events
- Follow hygiene and ingredient handling protocols in line with industry standards
- Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are clean and well-maintained
- Maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across departments
