We are now seeking an experienced and strategic Product & Service Delivery Manager to join our operations in Norway.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for operational execution, customer engagement, and the continuous development of IPT Global’s products and services on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. As Product & Service Delivery Manager, you will work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer delivery, leading technical deployments both onshore and offshore. You will represent IPT Global toward customers in Norway and ensure that our solutions deliver high quality, continuous improvement, and documented customer value in every engagement.

The role reports to the Director, Eastern Hemisphere and involves both domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
  • Act as a visible leader in all safety‑related matters

  • Ensure compliance with HSSE and quality procedures

  • Promote a proactive safety culture across operational and client‑facing activities

Operational Leadership & Delivery
  • Manage and oversee operational activities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf

  • Lead personnel, planning, and project execution for all deliveries

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert across IPT’s product and service portfolio

  • Track, analyze, and present operational performance

  • Conduct structured After Action Reviews (AARs) and performance evaluations

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and delivery models

Reporting, Insight & Value Demonstration
  • Produce high‑quality, data‑driven client reports and AARs

  • Tailor reporting to meet customer needs and goals

  • Identify opportunities to provide deeper insights and recommendations

Client Relationship Management & Customer Success
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational and delivery matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships

  • Ensure efficient project execution, technical support, and customer success

  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and technical sessions to support product adoption

Commercial Growth & Business Development
  • Identify upselling and cross‑sell opportunities

  • Expand IPT’s presence within existing accounts

  • Support new business development and customer acquisition

  • Contribute to annual customer plans and KPI reporting

Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members

  • Document performance and development plans

  • Provide regular feedback and support professional growth

  • Handle performance or behavioral issues in line with HR policies

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Project Management
  • Partner with product, data science, operations, marketing, and business development

  • Provide field-driven input to strengthen product functionality and delivery

  • Lead internal and customer‑related projects as needed

Documentation, Knowledge & Data
  • Maintain accurate client records and operational documentation

  • Support standardization of documentation and data management procedures

Industry Engagement & Representation
  • Represent IPT Global at industry events, conferences, and professional forums (e.g., SPE, IADC)

  • Support marketing and brand awareness efforts through active participation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in Stavanger or Bergen

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

  • Proven leadership experience in drilling, completions, intervention, or P&A

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required

  • Ability and willingness to travel offshore and internationally
