Project Manager -- Join an International Technical Environment

Are you an organised and proactive professional who enjoys coordinating technical projects in a dynamic environment?

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery within rental, service, manufacturing, and equipment operations supporting the offshore and energy industries.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Manage and deliver small to medium-scale projects from initiation to completion

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance

• Coordinate activities between internal departments, suppliers, and clients

• Prepare and maintain project plans, documentation, and schedules

• Support the mobilisation and logistics of equipment for client projects

• Participate in equipment testing (FAT) when required

• Prepare project documentation and operational information packs

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Support the tendering team with proposals and client meetings when required

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in project management or a similar coordination role

• Experience from oil & gas, offshore-related industries, or other technical sectors

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Good financial awareness and experience monitoring project costs

• Strong IT skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:

• Engineering degree or technical education

• Experience with mechanical or offshore-related equipment

• Experience coordinating equipment mobilisation or technical project deliveries
