Lead Solution Architect & Digital Partner Manager

Are you a technologist who speaks "business"? Do you love the energy of building something new, but prefer the stability of a fully funded company?

The Role As our new Lead Solution Architect & Digital Partner Manager in Neuver Maritime, you will be the VP IT & Digitalization’s right hand and the strategic bridge between our business needs, our IT strategy, and our external partners.

We have moved away from legacy on-premises solutions to a cloud-first strategy. We rely on a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for infrastructure and a specialized partner for our Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Your mission is to own the architecture and orchestrate these partners to deliver value.

What you will achieve:

• Architectural Ownership: You will define and govern the overall solution architecture, ensuring our systems (specifically D365 F&O, CE, and CS) talk to each other seamlessly.
• Partner Orchestration: You will be the primary operational contact for our ERP and IT Operations partners, translating our business requirements into technical specs they can deliver on.
• Bridge Building: You will work closely with sales, manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to map their processes and find digital solutions that make their lives easier.
• Security & Compliance: You will act as the internal client-side guardian, ensuring our partners adhere to security best practices and risk management.

We hope to see the following in your background:

• ERP Expertise: Experience with Dynamics 365 is essential (specifically Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or CE). You understand how integrations work in a complex ecosystem (Manufacturing, Banking, Logistics).
• Architectural Mindset: You can design scalable solutions and understand the flow of data across an organization.
• Vendor Management: You are comfortable following up on deliveries from external suppliers and ensuring we get value for our money.
• Security Awareness: You have a solid grasp of modern IT security principles from a client/solution perspective.
