🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to established routines and profitability goals
• Handle daily mise en place and ensure readiness for lunch, conference dinners, and events
• Adhere to food handling and hygiene practices to promote safety
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and workspaces
• Collaborate effectively with service, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to menu development and ensure alignment with our culinary concept
• Follow cleaning protocols as outlined by the restaurant
