What is Pronto di Olivia?

Pronto di Olivia is the little sister of the Olivia restaurants. It is a café concept serving flavourful dishes made with the finest ingredients. Everything is prepared fresh daily in our café, and we source our ingredients from Italy. Our signature dish is pizza al taglio from Rome, made with dough that ferments for at least 48 hours and served by the slice. Perfect to take away or to enjoy in our cozy premises. In addition we offer focaccia, a variety of baked goods, quality coffee, as well as beer and wine.

We are now opening a large and beautiful new location at Storo Shopping Centre, featuring a stylish interior and an impressive outdoor seating area.

What will you do?

• Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes
• Take responsibility for kitchen operations and food production
• Keep the kitchen organized and ensure a smooth workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety routines
• Assist with customers and handle the cash register when needed
• Work closely with colleagues in a busy environment
