Arbeidsoppgaver

• "Normal" miss n place for the kitchen, toppings, sauces and dough. All made from scratch.

• Prepare and hand-stretch dough to perfection and accourding with agreed upon standards.

• Prepare simple sandwiches, salads and tagliere misto.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Manage inventory, control size, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards are allways followed.

• Be apart of a team and work as a teamplayer. The pizzakitchen and the service often help each other out so knowledge broader then pizza Is a pluss.
