Zaptec is looking for a Compliance Lead Engineer!

To help us navigate this landscape, we’re looking for a Compliance Lead Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring our products meet relevant regulations and standards. You’ll work closely with our product teams, certification bodies, and external partners, helping translate complex requirements into practical guidance that supports innovation and safe product development.

As our Compliance Lead Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of product development and regulatory compliance, supporting teams in bringing compliant, high-quality products to market.

Your day may include

• Guiding product teams on compliance requirements throughout the development process.

• Maintaining an overview of relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

• Acting as Zaptec’s main contact for certification bodies and testing organisations.

• Initiating and coordinating product testing and certification activities.

• Ensuring compliance documentation such as certificates and test reports are updated and accessible.

• Monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to relevant industry forums and standardisation work.

As for the skills required for this job

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience working with product compliance, standards, or certification processes.

• Experience from a product development or engineering environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience working with testing, certification bodies, or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
