Student Assistant -- Finance (ca 20%)

Are you currently studying Finance, Accounting, or Economics and looking to gain relevant hands-on experience alongside your studies?

Interwell Norway is looking for a Student Assistant to join our Finance team in a flexible part-time role of approximately 20%. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a global technology company while building relevant skills alongside your degree.

The position is a temporary 12-month student role intended to be combined with ongoing studies, with the possibility of continuation subject to renewed assessment based on business needs and the candidate’s study situation.

As a Student Assistant, you will support the Finance department with a variety of tasks and gain practical experience within finance and accounting functions.

Your responsibilities may include:

• assisting with registration and administration of incoming invoices
• supporting monthly reporting activities, including reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting
• data processing and quality assurance
• administrative support tasks
• supporting projects and improvement initiatives when needed
• other support tasks within finance and accounting

This is a part-time position designed to fit alongside your studies. Working hours will be flexible and adapted to your academic schedule, including exam periods.

There may also be opportunities for increased workload during holiday periods, temporary workload peaks, project activities, or employee absence coverage.

• is currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• preferably is currently in their 2nd or 3rd year of studies
• has strong analytical and structured working skills
• is detail-oriented and reliable

• has strong Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
