We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our hotel's Pastry team. Are you a talented pastry chef with a love for sweets? Do you thrive in a high-pressure kitchen serving many guests? If so, this might be the role for you!
What will you do?As a Pastry Chef at the hotel, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality baked goods and desserts according to specifications and orders. Other key tasks:
- Ensure high-quality food is delivered on time
- Contribute creatively to menu development
- Comply with the department's storage and cleaning routines (food safety/HACCP)
- Responsible for ensuring the cleaning plan is followed
- Contribute to meeting food cost targets (limiting waste)
- Contribute to a high level of service in close collaboration with the rest of the team
This is a permanent position for 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- You are a skilled chef with good structure and the ability to organize your work effectively.
- You have a great passion for Nordic and local ingredients, and you are motivated by being in a creative environment where you can contribute your own ideas.

The most important thing is that you are professionally skilled and deliver high quality in everything you do. A vocational certificate as a chef is desirable but not a requirement.
