Huset Tønsberg is seeking dedicated chefs to join our team! We have two full-time positions available, starting ASAP: This is a permanent contract, and the role includes evening and weekend shifts. It will be a shifts through Staffers until Christmas and hiring directly after the periode if both parties are happy.

• Experience in preparing dishes according to established routines and profit goals

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, service, and bar teams
• Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to mise en place
• Fluent in Norwegian or English

🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our casual dining concept
• Execute daily mise en place and prepare for lunch and event meals
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, back areas, and storage according to hygiene plans
• Follow guidelines within the set concept and adhere to our operational standards
• Foster a positive work environment and collaboration among team members
• Contribute to menu updates and seasonal menu changes as needed
