Are you a skilled A La Carte Chef who thrives in a high-tempo, professional environment? Oslofjord Convention Center is looking for talented chefs to join our team for several key dates and periods this season.

We are currently looking to fill two specific roles. If you have a passion for precision and a flair for plated service, we want to hear from you!

The Roles & Dates We are looking for two specialized chefs to cover the following schedules:

(Key Events - Must be the same person for all dates): * One chef to cover these specific dates: May 20th, June 16th, July 12th, and August 10th.

Your Responsibilities * Executing high-quality A La Carte service during events and peak periods. * Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards of the Oslofjord kitchen. * Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service flow. * Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and HACCP regulations. Qualifications * Proven Experience: You have solid experience as an A La Carte Chef. * Reliability: For Role 2, you must be able to commit to all four specific dates to ensure continuity. * Speed & Precision: You work efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality. * Professionalism: You are a team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. * You will need to have your own car to get to and from the hotel.
