While our dedicated offshore teams focus on future-facing AI and software development, our core Nordic IT Operations team ensures the engines keep running. We operate a modern, 100% Microsoft Cloud environment (no legacy on-premise servers) and need proactive IT professionals to support our people.
The Role We are expanding our local Nordic IT team and are looking for two versatile IT Support & Cloud Administrators. In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day technical operations. You will take ownership of the user lifecycle, manage our hardware fleet, and ensure that our teams in the Nordics have seamless, secure access to the tools they need to execute our projects.
Key Responsibilities

  • User Lifecycle Management: Own the technical onboarding and offboarding processes. Create, configure, and manage user identities and access rights within Microsoft Entra ID (Active Directory) and Microsoft 365.

  • Modern Device Management: Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot IT hardware (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices). You will heavily utilize Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to automate device setups and ensure compliance across a distributed workforce.

  • Frontline Operations & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT issues in the Nordics. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for local and remote employees.

  • Office Infrastructure: Maintain and support local office IT equipment, including meeting room technology (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms), printers, and basic local networking (Wi-Fi access points, switches).

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our daily IT operations and propose scalable, automated solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to handle our growing user base efficiently.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 2--4 years in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Junior Systems Administrator role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cloud Competence: Solid hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 admin centers, Exchange Online, and Entra ID. Create and manage azure environments

  • Automation Mindset: Experience with (or a strong desire to master) endpoint management via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. You prefer deploying policies over clicking through manual setups.

  • Communication: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a service-oriented, approachable attitude. You can translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical staff.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and thriving in a high-growth environment where processes are constantly evolving.
