Our goal is to become the number one app for organizing sports. Every month, almost 4 million people around the world use Spond to communicate, organize events, and handle payments within their teams and clubs. We are a Norwegian consumer tech company on a mission to build stronger communities through sports.
Spond is growing fast. We already have a strong position in our home market of Norway, where we have 1 million monthly active users, and a rapidly growing user base across the UK, US and Europe. To support this growth, we are looking for a Content Manager to supervise all content production in Spond.
The RoleAs Content Manager you will take ownership of all content production at Spond. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our content is best in class and that our brand is consistently represented in everything we produce.
You’ll manage the full content pipeline - from creative concepting to final delivery - working both hands-on and through external partners and creators. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to produce content that drives growth and engagement. This role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities-
Own content production across all channels: paid campaigns, social media, website, newsletters, app communication, and brand storytelling.

Create and design static visuals (banners, social media graphics, presentation materials, etc.)

Oversee/organize video and motion production with partners and content creators.

Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints together with the marketing team, ensuring our visual identity and tone of voice are aligned with Spond’s brand strategy.

Develop content playbooks and templatesto streamline production and maintain quality.

Optimize and adapt content based on insights and testing, in close collaboration with the marketing team.

You are a proactive person that sees opportunities and drive projects forward.

You have a keen eye for high quality content, and know how to make an audience engage.

You know how to brief and manage creators while maintaining a consistent creative direction.

You are a creative person that finds solutions to problems, while maintaining high quality standards .

You are capable of leading multiple projects at the same time.

3+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or creative project management.

Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or similar tools.

Experience managing external creative partners and production workflows.

Understanding of social media platforms and ad formats (especially Instagram and TikTok).

Experience with video production and/or motion graphics is a plus.

Experience with creating UGC-style content is a plus.

Passion for sports, community-driven products or consumer software is a plus.
