As our Nordic Media & Content Manager, you’ll turn insight into influence and creativity into impact, shaping how our brand lives across media, content, and culture---while acting as Brand Guardian for the Norwegian market.
Your missionLead the Nordic narrative. Adapt and execute global media strategy into locally resonant media plans and 360° campaigns that are unmistakably Nespresso. Build brand awareness and consideration through ATL and BTL materials across all channels, ensuring visual and verbal consistency end‑to‑end. As Brand Guardian for Norway, you’ll own translations, tone of voice, and rights management---making every word, image, and experience feel premium and purposeful.
Key responsibilities-
Lead paid media strategy and execution across the Nordics. Architect and localize campaigns with our agency partners---planning, briefing, optimizing, and measuring what matters (reach, frequency, GRPs, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA)---all in line with the Nordic marketing strategy.

Turn big ideas into full-funnel impact. Transform ATL concepts into 360° campaigns that travel through digital, performance, CRM, and retail---ensuring through-the-line consistency and creative excellence.

Create content that moves people. Oversee and commission impactful assets across social, digital, and CRM---videos, photoshoots, voice-overs, native storytelling, and advertorials---ensuring every piece reflects Nespresso’s premium tone and purpose.

Manage creative partnerships. Drive collaboration with creative agencies for adaptation and production across paid and owned channels.

Safeguard Nespresso’s identity. Own Norwegian translations, tone of voice, iconography, and usage rights---while ensuring expired visuals are retired.

Monitor competitor media share of voice (SOV), messaging, and tone---then translate those observations into actionable insights that elevate creative and media strategies.

Keep us on time and on budget. Own financial and administrative processes for consumer campaigns---support budget planning, manage POs, supplier orders, and invoicing, and drive forecast accuracy.

Ensure cross-functional alignment. Keep Nordic stakeholders informed about communication activities.
A strategic, hands‑on marketer with 5+ years in brand/ media/campaign roles---comfortable with premium brands and an FMCG pace. You blend craft and data, lead agencies with clarity, and rally stakeholders around simple, actionable plans.

Fluent in Norwegian (required) and English

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or related field

Proven planning, buying and optimization across traditional & digital media; deep Nordic media environment knowledge and network is a plus.

Strong analytics (reach, frequency, GRPs, CPM, CTR) and the ability to convert insight into action.

Conceptually and visually strong; meticulous about brand consistency; excellent stakeholder, project and agency management.

Social media expertise, influencer marketing awareness and passion for emerging content formats.

Distinctive brand presence and consistent tone across all touchpoints.

Efficient media that drives awareness, consideration and conversion.

High‑quality localization and creative excellence reflected in cross‑team feedback.

Budget discipline and operational simplicity.
You’ll be part of a talented Nordic Brand Communication team, working in a matrix organization with no direct reports. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with PR Manager, Digital Marketing & Performance, Content & CRM, Retail and Trade Marketing, as well as the broader Marketing team, E-Com, among others. Together, you’ll partner with media and creative agencies to deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns that strengthen Nespresso’s presence across the Nordic region.
Your base will be Aker Brygge, Oslo, but your impact will span all Nordic markets.
