Product Manager

👋 We’re Attensi, a tech company born in Norway with a passion for gamified simulation training. Since 2012, we’ve grown into a global player, with solutions trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands across 150+ countries and 50+ languages.

We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues, all powered by our own game AI, to deliver immersive, hands-on learning experiences that scale across large organizations and drive real behavior change. Our clients include Circle K, BCG, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Equinor, and Novartis. Today, we’re a team of 240+ Game Changers across Europe and the US, with 120 of us based at our HQ in Oslo.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of Attensi’s products, the tools and simulation experiences that power our game-based learning platform.

You will work at the intersection of technology, design and business, collaborating with engineers, designers and stakeholders to define priorities, make decisions and deliver features that have real impact.

You will take ownership of projects from day one, gain deep insight into how our customers use our products, and help turn complex ideas into simple, scalable solutions that reach users across the world.

• Take ownership of projects from idea to release, working closely with engineers, designers and stakeholders to deliver real value.

• Talk to customers and internal teams to understand their needs and turn insights into clear product priorities.

• Shape product goals, roadmaps and success measures, and ensure progress is tracked and communicated.

• Balance structure and speed, knowing when to experiment and when to refine.

• Grow your influence and responsibility as you help build products trusted by leading global brands and their teams worldwide.

• You have 0–5 years of experience in product management, project management, consulting or another role where you’ve been responsible for moving projects from idea to delivery.

• You’re structured, analytical and curious, and you enjoy solving complex problems.

• You’re comfortable with technology and interested in how digital products are designed, built and improved.

• You communicate clearly, collaborate well and take initiative when something needs to move.

• You have a strong sense of ownership and are confident making decisions even when things are uncertain.

• You have an interest in games, learning technology or products that help people grow, or you’re excited to learn about them.
