Chef to Northern Norway - Permanent!

We are looking for a Chef to join our team in Leines, a stunning coastal destination, perfectly situated between Bodø and the Lofoten Islands. The region offers incredible opportunities for fishing, hiking, and outdoor life. It is the perfect place for someone who wants to combine a professional culinary career with an authentic Arctic lifestyle.

In the summer season, we usually offer à la carte + today's special.

In autumn, winter, and spring, regular operations are mostly concentrated around weekends, with Sunday dinner service, a Saturday café, and a three-course event dinner twice per month. We also host relatively large private events (up to 60--70 guests), especially during the Christmas party season, but these occur throughout the year as well.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience from an a la carte kitchen and buffet, 3-course service.

• Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines

• Good communication skills in English.

Accommodation: 4000 NOK/month near the workplace

Salary: 250 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

Salary additions

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Vacation addition 12.00 %

National holiday addition 100.00 %

For evening, night and the weekend.

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
