Our edge

**A real-time window into your inner state.**Endor uses Camera PPG (and/or your device biometric data if you have connected this) to read heart rate and heart rate variability directly from your phone, real time. This is cutting-edge technology that lets people access meaningful physiological information without wearables or extra devices.

**EndorStateTM, a visual map of your body state.**We combine your subjective check-in with your HRV and turn it into a piece of artwork. We do not believe in scoring your life. Instead, we visualize your inner landscape in a way that feels honest, human and intuitive.

**Support in the moment.**Based on your EndorStateTM, we offer short, simple practices designed by healthcare professionals, PhDs, musicians and artists. We give just enough insight for you to try something that may support you on your well-being journey right now, not what you “should” do.

**A clear, gentle philosophy.**Most wellness tools add more noise. More data. More optimization. Endor does the opposite. We support a return to coherence, alignment and inner steadiness.

Why we exist

Distress is becoming one of the biggest global health issues. People struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, sleep problems and a sense of being disconnected from themselves. People do not need more information. They need practice. Small pockets of stillness. A few minutes of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement or sound can shift the system. With Endor, these small moments become accessible.

Endor is not a measuring app. It is a supportive space where people can come back to themselves without guilt, pressure or performance. No scores. No judgement. Just a reminder of what is already inside them. This is our mission, and anyone joining the team needs to feel genuinely aligned with it.

The internship

This internship is for someone who wants to be close to the core of a startup and help create a world-class experience for our customers and community. You will support across customer support, HQ logistics, and event planning and execution. You will work closely with the team and be trusted with real responsibility.

This role is ideal if you are proactive, structured, warm in communication, and you enjoy making things run smoothly. Endor moves fast, priorities can change quickly, and we need someone who is self-driven and thrives in a dynamic environment.

What you will do 1) Customer support

You will help us deliver an exceptional customer journey by providing friendly, clear, and timely support.

You will:

• Respond to customers in English with warmth, clarity, and high attention to detail

• Write messages that are authentic, positive, and always free of spelling mistakes

• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through their journey in a calm and supportive way

• Escalate bugs and edge cases to the team, and help track patterns and feedback

• Help us continuously improve our support templates, tone of voice, and support systems

2) HQ logistics and operations (Tjuvholmen)

You will help keep our HQ running smoothly, organized, and ready for both daily work and moments of activation.

You will:

• Support practical logistics: packaging, storage, tidying, and keeping spaces functional and welcoming

• Maintain simple systems for inventory, deliveries, and supplies

• Prepare the space for meetings and team workdays

• Support on events and activations from our HQ when needed

3) Event planning, photo shoot logistics and execution

You will help create simple, beautiful experiences in real life, where every detail feels intentional.

You will:

• Assist with planning and executing events and shoots, from small gatherings to larger activations

• Order food and drinks and ensure we have what we need (cups, napkins, etc.)

• Prepare the physical space: clean space and mats, good music, screen working, temperature and lighting set well

• Help host on the day, greet people, and support flow and energy throughout the event

• Pack down and reset the space afterwards, ensuring everything is back in order and ready for the next day

• Proactive and self-driven, you see what needs doing and do it

• Reliable, structured and on time

• Comfortable with rapid change and a fast-moving startup pace, we seek humans with good capacity

• Practical and hands-on, and you enjoy making things work in the real world

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with customer support, hospitality, events, or operations

• Interest in wellbeing, nervous system work, breathwork, or mindful practices

• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, etc.
