Are you ready to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable guest experiences?
We are looking for individuals who are eager to provide top-quality service at one of Norway's most renowned and unique seafood restaurants.
Could you be our new waiter/waitress this summer?At Cornelius, we focus on being an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace, offering great opportunities for professional growth. You will work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team across different departments. Shifts will vary and include both day and evening hours. While formal qualifications such as a trade certificate or sommelier training are an advantage, they are not required.

FROM FJORD TO TABLE
A dinner at Cornelius Seafood Restaurant, located on a small island just outside Bergen, is an experience that combines nature, exceptional seafood, and atmosphere at one of Norway's most distinctive dining destinations.
Just a 25-minute boat ride from Bergen city center, the restaurant sits on a secluded islet. Here, the weather and the sea set the framework for our kitchen. Our menu --- known as the meteorological menu --- follows the seasons and always features ultra-fresh seafood, carefully adapted to the conditions of the day.
Cornelius is open year-round. On beautiful summer days, the sliding doors are opened and tables are set on the quay, where guests can enjoy a lighter menu. In rougher weather, we create a warm and inviting indoor atmosphere with richer flavors, a lit fireplace, and candlelight.
Each season --- each day --- offers unique and memorable dining experiences on Holmen.
