As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Principal / Senior Process Engineer to strengthen our team and contribute to the development of solutions that support the transition to a more sustainable energy production.
As a Principal / Senior Process Engineer, you will be part of a highly competent process team working across a wide spectrum of projects---from early-phase concept and FEED studies to complex EPC deliveries of process modules and plants.
Role & Responsibility

Responsible for process and utility system design across all project phases
-
Perform process simulations for both individual systems and overall topsides
-
Develop and verify key process deliverables such as P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, line sizing, line lists, calculations, reports and technical documentation

Specify and size process equipment

Technical lead of concept and feasibility studies

Conduct technology evaluations and provide recommendations

Develop and review project philosophies and technical specifications
-
Presentation of systems in design reviews and HAZOP
-
Coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure high‑quality, integrated project execution

Prepare technical reports including study/FEED reports and system descriptions

Contribute to the development of methodology, tools and competence within the Process Department
Qualifications
-
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within process engineering
-
Experience with concept/FEED studies within carbon capture, ammonia, methanol, gas processing, FLNG and FPSO redeployment
-
Solution-oriented and ability to take the technical leadership for concept and feasibility studies
-
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical and business perspectives

Strong work ethic and a proactive, self‑driven attitude
-
Good understanding of the energy market combined with strong technology insight
-
Experience with simulating in Unisim and/or HYSYS
-
Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and managing interfaces.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with direct communication with clients and vendors

Fluent verbal and written English
-
Flexibility to travel or work from other locations when required
