Product & Experience Manager – Tromsø Alpinpark & SNOW Dome

Your role in our next chapter
As Product & Experience Manager, you will be responsible for both developing and delivering our activities and products. You will manage and develop relationships with tour operators, cruise partners, corporate clients and other collaborators. You will be a key contact point for our new partnerships and the driving force to create new concepts that strengthen Tromsø Alpinpark as a year-round destination.

Your work will combine both strategic planning and hands-on delivery. You will act as the connecting point between the market, our guides and instructors, and the everyday operations in the Alpine Park, Tromsø SNOW Dome, and all events and activities throughout the year.

Your main responsibilities

Sales and relationship management:
Active B2B sales towards cruise operators, tour operators and the corporate market, including follow-up of partnerships and new leads.

Product and concept development:
Develop and refine activities such as sledding, Snow Dome experiences, lavvu packages, and tailored corporate events.

Operational coordination:
Coordinate guides and instructors, manage bookings and resource planning, and ensure high-quality delivery of all activities and events.

Visibility and marketing support:
Contribute to content, product packaging, and offers in collaboration with internal and external marketing partners.

You have experience from sales, tourism, events, sports or culture, and you thrive in a role where people, activity and commercial opportunities come together. You build strong relationships, work independently when needed, and bring energy into the projects you lead.

• deliver quality from the first idea to the final guest experience
