We are now building our Summer 2026 team and looking for motivated people who enjoy working in a dynamic environment with great colleagues and happy customers.

About the Position -- Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the customer pickup experience and ensuring a smooth and professional handover of our rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs).

This includes welcoming customers at the front desk, completing rental documentation, explaining vehicle features, and conducting handovers both inside the office and outside at the vehicle.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Keeping the front office tidy, organized, and presentable at all times

  • Handling phone inquiries and customer communication

  • Coordinating bookings and vehicle pickups

  • Organizing airport pickups when required

This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time very busy. The right candidate should be service-minded, structured, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident working independently while also supporting the operational team when needed.

We offer several onboarding timelines throughout the season. While the first start date is 04/05, it is possible to begin later depending on availability and operational needs. Please indicate your preferred start period in your application.

The working language of the company is English. Norwegian is not compulsory.

Your Tasks as a Front Desk Agent

  • Welcoming customers and managing the vehicle pickup process

  • Explaining rental terms and vehicle functions

  • Handling payments, deposits, and rental documentation

  • Answering phone calls and customer inquiries

  • Coordinating vehicle pickups and returns

  • Organizing airport pickups when required

  • Keeping the front office clean, tidy, and organized

  • Supporting operational tasks when needed (vehicle preparation, basic inspection, reporting issues)

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is service-minded and positive

  • Has strong communication skills

  • Is structured and organized

  • Works well independently and in a team

  • Handles busy periods with a calm and professional attitude

  • Is punctual and reliable

  • Holds a Driver Licence B (appreciated)

  • Masters additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian (strongly appreciated)
