• Comfortable adapting tours to different group sizes and guest interests.

• Friendly, service-minded, flexible, and enthusiastic. Able to present information clearly and engagingly.

• Interested in working with people from different countries and cultures.

Qualification requirements:

• Available to work in Tromsø for the Summer 2026 season (May-September 2026).

• Fluent in any of the following combinations: English and German; English and French; English, French and German.

• Fluent in Norwegian is a plus but not required.

• Previous guiding experience is appreciated but not required.

• On-call contract --- you will be scheduled when needed and may be asked to cover shifts at short notice. Summer is mainly cruise season, and you will receive an overview of cruise ship arrivals at the beginning of the season.
