We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, product performance, and quality.
In this role, you’ll take a key position in our Technology & Product environment, ensuring that our solutions perform as they should --- and continuously improving both our products and the way we work.
This is a hands-on and impactful role where you’ll work across teams, solve real product challenges, and contribute to stronger processes, better product quality, and smarter ways of working.
What you’ll be doingThis is a varied role where you combine technical expertise, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration:
-
Act as a bridge between Technology, Product Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing to improve product performance and strengthen collaboration
-
Both lead and assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and investigate product failures, quality deviations, manufacturing defects, and customer-related issues
-
Prepare clear technical reports that summarize findings, corrective actions, and preventive actions
-
Provide technical support to Product Marketing, including input to product claims, product improvement initiatives, and customer-facing documentation
-
Help to ensure compliance with internal standards, industry requirements, and customer expectations, and support certification and audit processes
-
Review and analyse existing departmental and cross functioning processes and procedures to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps
-
Develop, improve, and govern practical processes, procedures, and tools that create transparency, traceability, and alignment across teams
-
Support qualification of materials, suppliers, and production methods
-
Identify patterns in product issues and contribute to continuous improvement across products and processes
You won’t just analyse problems --- you’ll solve them, prevent them, and improve how we work going forward.
Who we think you areYou have a strong technical foundation and enjoy working both hands-on and across functions.
To succeed in this role, you likely bring a mix of technical education, relevant industry experience, and the ability to work effectively across functions. We believe many strong candidates will match most of the points below:
-
A degree in engineering, such as mechanical, materials, industrial, chemical, or a comparable technical discipline
-
Experience from one or more relevant environments, for example product development, manufacturing, technical product management, or quality engineering
-
Practical experience with structured problem-solving, such as failure analysis, root cause investigations, or technical troubleshooting
-
The ability to work in a structured and analytical way, and to turn technical findings into clear actions and improvements
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders
It will be an advantage if you also have experience with one or more of the following:
-
Writing and implementing technical documentation, procedures, work instructions, or quality-related processes
-
Regulatory requirements, certification processes, audits, or quality management systems
-
Product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration in a product-oriented organisation
-
Supporting material qualification, supplier qualification, or evaluation of production methods
Just as important as your background is your mindset. You:
-
Take ownership and enjoy improving things
-
Are structured and detail-oriented, without losing the bigger picture
-
Communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way
-
Build trust and collaborate well across disciplines
-
Are curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
