Semine, a leading Norwegian tech company, is now looking for a Partner Development Manager to join their team in Norway. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Semine’s partner ecosystem, work closely with ERP partners and accounting firms, and contribute to the growth of a company where collaboration, innovation, and team spirit are at the core.

    Semine is now seeking a Partner Development Manager to join the team in Oslo. In this role, you will work closely with key partners, build strategic collaboration models, and take an essential part in Semine’s growth journey.     About the role

    As a Partner Development Manager at Semine, you will be responsible for developing, strengthening, and scaling Semine’s partner ecosystem. You will build strong relationships with ERP partners and accounting firms, support their sales processes, and ensure they succeed in delivering Semine’s solutions to the market.

    In this role, you will work strategically with partner plans, onboarding, product training, and joint go-to-market activities. You will collaborate closely with the commercial and product teams to ensure that partners receive the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed. A key part of the role will be managing relationships with accounting firms and developing strong strategic partnerships within this segment — from identifying new opportunities to strengthening existing collaborations. Your efforts will be essential in driving business growth and ensuring that partners can scale effectively with Semine’s platform.

    Key tasks include:

    • Identifying, building, and scaling new and existing partners
    • Acting as a trusted advisor in partners’ sales and delivery processes
    • Developing and implementing partner plans and partner frameworks
    • Contributing to marketing materials, partner portals, and partner agreements
    • Supporting customer cases and ensuring smooth handovers to delivery
    • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with accounting firms, including identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing collaborations
    • Gathering partner and market feedback for product development
    • Ensuring effective partner management in HubSpot CRM

    Education, experience, and personal qualities

    • Proven experience in software, SaaS, ERP, or tech-driven partnership or account management
    • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems or complex B2B customer portfolios
    • Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or similar is an advantage
    • Fluency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written
    • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
    • Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment
    • Structured, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
