About the role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) to join our team. This role will be key in managing HVAC procurement packages, from preparing technical documentation to vendor follow-up and coordination across disciplines.

You will work closely with system engineers, area engineers, and procurement to ensure technical quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of HVAC systems and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical requisitions and datasheets for HVAC equipment.
• Manage the technical scope of HVAC procurement packages, ensuring alignment with project standards.
• Participate in tender evaluations and technical bid clarifications.
• Follow up on vendor engineering, fabrication, and documentation for HVAC packages.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering disciplines, and procurement throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with system and area engineers to ensure technical consistency.
• Support system design work when needed.
• Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) within HVAC systems or equipment.
• Strong multidiscipline understanding and technical coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and systematically, as well as thrive in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to share knowledge and experience.
