Are you eager to learn how supply chain and manufacturing work together in practice --- from sourcing and planning to logistics and delivery?
We are now launching a new trainee position within Supply Chain & Manufacturing, designed to develop broad competence across multiple disciplines and build a strong pipeline of future professionals.

This role is created to train and develop talent across different areas of our function, enabling greater flexibility, knowledge sharing, and job rotation over time.

About the Trainee Program

This is a newly established trainee position with the ambition to:

  • Train one person across multiple areas of Supply Chain & Manufacturing

  • Build strong process understanding in sourcing, production planning, shipping, and logistics

  • Foster job rotation and functional flexibility

  • Strengthen our organization with well-trained, highly competent employees who can support and cover several key areas in the future

You will receive structured training, close follow up, and hands-on experience in real operational processes --- not just observation.

What you’ll be working with Planning & Scheduling (4--6 months)

You will support the planning team with tasks such as:

  • Production scheduling and forecasting

  • Coordinating input from global demand planning with the manufacturing plan

  • Quality assurance of forecasts

  • Proactively identifying and communicating capacity needs and adjustments at the factory

  • Understanding and supporting picking, packing, and shipping processes --- and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Order processing, planning, and coordination, including intercompany processes

Logistics (6--8 months)

Within logistics, you will gain exposure to:

  • Planning and forecasting activities

  • Operational support for the EMEA region

  • Indirect spend support, with focus on freight

  • Use of systems and tools such as IFS, Power BI, and AI-based insight

  • Collaboration with warehouse and logistics service providers

Sourcing & Procurement (up to 10 months)

In this department, you will receive structured training and growing responsibility within:

  • Purchasing fundamentals and procurement processes

  • ERP systems, planning dates, purchase orders, goods receipt, inventory and quality follow-up

  • Product and value stream knowledge --- what we buy and why

  • Compliance basics (REACH, RoHS, ISO, certifications, etc.)

  • Analytical work using Power BI, targets, and performance management

You will also be introduced to general sourcing activities which may include onboarding new components from existing or new suppliers.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are:

  • A student or recent graduate within supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field

  • Curious, structured, and motivated to learn across disciplines

  • Interested in both operational detail and the bigger supply chain picture

  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and digital tools

  • A team player who communicates well across functions and cultures

  • We always look for creative problem-solvers with a passion for building meaningful products. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and thrive in a mission-driven environment

What we offer
  • A newly created trainee role with clear development intent

  • Broad, hands-on training across Supply Chain & Manufacturing

  • Exposure to global processes and real operational responsibility

  • Strong foundation for future job rotation and career opportunities

  • Close mentoring and learning from experienced professionals

  • A long-term investment in competence --- for you and for us

  • A multicultural office environment and collaboration with colleagues located around the world

  • A creative, diverse and inclusive organisation

  • A job in a company driving forward-thinking technology

  • Competitive salary, pension scheme and insurance

  • An extensive welfare program with company benefits such as sport groups, company cabins, discounted public transport, indoor bicycle garage, wardrobe with towel service, and more.

Are you ready to build broad supply chain competence and grow into a future operational or sourcing role Then we would love to hear from you.
