Technical Sales Engineer

Now, we're looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Norway. You'll report directly to the Regional Sales Manager in the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & Grow: Create and nurture strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow partners.

• Innovate: Focus on the technical needs of emerging prospects, identifying new opportunities, and driving demand with your tech expertise.

• Collaborate: Work together with a dynamic team to translate customer needs into innovative solutions.

• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest product lines and tech trends by attending supplier training events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Connector: Ability to sell, influence, and negotiate.

• Relationship Builder: Excel at building strong relationships at all levels with customers and suppliers.

• Tech-Savvy: A background in electronics or electrical engineering, a technical mindset with a curiosity for all things technology.

• Bilingual: Fluent in both Norwegian and English.

• Driver's License: Ready to hit the road when needed!
