Our Global Services & Upgrades department is expanding and we are seeking Service Engineers for immediate employment. We are looking for individuals who are eager for an exciting work environment, travelling globally with varied tasks on a variety of complex lifting- and handling systems with advanced and award winning technology.

You will be part of a set and predictable rotation schedule, working 30 days on and 26 days off.

Duties and responsibilities

• Commissioning and production follow-up globally on new deliveries, mainly within electro/automation disciplines
• Installation and testing of lifting and handling systems both domestic and internationally
• Service interventions on existing install base onboard vessels in all maritime sectors, including retrofit upgrades, troubleshooting and modifications
• Building and maintaining close customer relations in the field
• Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and other departments internally (Control Systems, Logistics, Engineering, Concept and Solutions)

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education (trade certificate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) within electro/automation, mechanics, hydraulics, control systems or similar disciplines
• Practical experience within electro/automation or related technical fields, preferably from marine, offshore or oil & gas industries
• Strong system understanding and ability to work across multiple technical disciplines
• Category B driver’s license
