Some see a sea of pallets and products -- you see world-class goods flow and logistics! We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor Warehouse to lead our warehouse operations in Stavanger.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant handling of materials supporting our operations in the energy sector.

This role requires a combination of operational leadership and strategic oversight, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, cost control, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team

• Ensure efficient inbound, storage, and outbound logistics processes

• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels

• Drive HSE standards and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

• Implement and improve warehouse processes, systems, and KPIs

• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and project teams

• Manage third-party logistics providers where applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience

• 5--10+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and warehouse management systems

• Strong understanding of HSE and quality requirements

• Experience from oil & gas or industrial environments is an advantage

• Strong leadership and communication skills in both Norwegian and English

• Ability to handle a fast-paced and operational environment

• Fork lift licence T1, T2, T3 and T4 as a minimum
