Grill Chef with Experience Wanted

We are currently looking for an experienced chef to join our kitchen team.

About the role

This position is ideal for someone with solid grill and à la carte experience who enjoys working closely with colleagues, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and feels comfortable being part of a guest-focused operation. Busy services do not intimidate you, and you take responsibility for maintaining high standards throughout the day. We use a Josper coal grill, it is important that you know how to use it properly and have experience with a charcoal grill.

Our ambition is to deliver consistently high quality to our guests, both in food and overall experience. For this reason, we are looking for a chef who is genuinely passionate about cooking and takes pride in their craft. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential in this role.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience from à la carte kitchens
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety routines
• Ability to communicate in a Scandinavian language and/or English
• EU/EEA citizenship, or a valid Norwegian residence permit
