We are looking for an experienced and motivated Performance Coach to join our team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Contribute to optimal use of ADC tools by facilitating and driving continuous improvement and experience transfer across fleet.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented performance culture focused on shared objectives.
• Work together with Rig Management team and offshore Management to identify performance improvement potential and prioritize projects to safely improve performance and processes.
• Engage with crew to determine their understanding of effective use of procedures, equipment and technology.
• Attend after actions reviews on site to focus on safety, reliability and efficiency; ensuring that resulting changes are incorporated back into DOP and COSL experience register.
• Actively communicates KPIs with the rig personnel to engage in performance discussions.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Engineering degree or Technical College within drilling discipline
• Relevant work experience on mobile drilling units, preferably experience as Driller
• Strong understanding and experience in the use of ADC technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Forward leaning approach to performance work and courage to challenge the status quo
• Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
• Basic offshore safety training and valid health certificate
• IWCF well control certificate, min Level 4
