Our establishment offers guests a genuine Lofoten experience, combining rustic charm with warm hospitality. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team and delight our guests with delicious, handcrafted pizzas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and guest preferences.

• Hand-stretch pizza dough to achieve desired thickness and texture.

• Accurately measure and portion ingredients for consistency.

• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure optimal cooking conditions.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and stocking ingredients.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative pizza recipes to enhance our menu.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.

• Proficiency in hand-stretching dough and operating pizza ovens.

• Has worked in combined kitchen Pizza and a la carte

• Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
