Who you are:

Relevant experience and skills in the kitchen.
Passionate about food and quality.
Speaks and understands English.
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene (IK Mat / HACCP).
Positive and service-minded.
Motivated and eager to learn new things.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles pressure well.
Honest, responsible, and reliable.

Om bedriften

& Friendsis a brand-new restaurant and bar at Solsiden in Trondheim, opened in the summer of 2025. We believe in great food, great vibes, and creating a social space people want to return to -- whether it's for relaxed weekdays or lively weekends. So far, our menu has been a mix of street food and comfort food, but throughout spring and summer we're shifting our focus towards Asian street food.

We're part of the same family as Søstrene Karlsen and Kalas & Canasta, which means you'll be joining a larger team with solid experience, strong values, and great support.
