Collaborate with the head chef in leading the kitchen staff

Manage inventory and order produce and supplies following established protocols

Implement cost control measures

Ensure compliance with HACCP and IK-mat guidelines

Conduct regular stocktaking activities

Develop the kitchen staff and enhance operational routines

Skilled chef; relevant experience can compensate for formal education

Previous experience in the grill/BBQ segment is advantageous

Proficiency in Scandinavian or English language for effective communication

Since we opened our first Graffi in 2006, we have been one of the most visited restaurants in Trondheim. To get to where we are today, we have worked hard and purposefully towards a clear profile, and as the name suggests, grilling is the concept. No matter what dish you choose to eat with us, parts of the dish have been through our fantastic Josper charcoal grill.
