The Sourcing Manager/Coordinator acts as the operations lead in projects, ensuring on-time delivery from all disciplines within the Operations team. You will be an integral member of the project core team, actively reporting on progress, coordinating tasks, and participating in problem-solving to keep projects on track and within scope.


Duties and responsibilities

Project Execution: Operation Lead securing on-time delivery
  • Manage fabrication within budget and timeline
  • Manage operations production plan and Lead operations core-team in project

For the Sourcing Manager tasks will include:

Manufacturer Management & Strategic Sourcing
  • Responsible for contract-and price negotiation for defined manufacturer
  • Build relationships with key manufacturer, manage capacity and secure focus on continuous improvement 
  • Sourcing and qualification of manufacturer based on need
  • Contribute into the development by providing input and knowledge of production

    Qualifications

    • For the Sourcing Manager position min 5+ years of relevant experience in similar role is required
    • For the Sourcing Coordinator role we encourage recently Graduates with less experience to apply

    For both roles:

    • University degree in relevant field
    • Relevant experience within Sourcing, Production and Supplier Management
    • Industry knowledge is beneficial
    • Contracting and negotiation experience
    • Experience with project management and planning
