Our Global IT team is on the frontlines of innovation, supporting dynamic projects across the world. From simple service requests to cross-market initiatives, we deliver tech that drives our business forward -- securely and smartly.

This isn’t just a technical role -- it’s a strategic one. You’ll be leading the design and implementation of our security architecture using Microsoft’s powerful suite of tools. Your expertise will help us build a Zero Trust environment, safeguard identities, and ensure resilience in the face of ever-evolving threats.

As a IAM / Security Engineer, you will:

Lead cutting-edge security architecture projects using the Microsoft Security Suite.
Conduct security assessments & workshops to improve our organization’s cyber awareness.
Strengthen our IAM solutions, managing SSO, lifecycle management, and Entra ID Protection.
Design smart Conditional Access strategies integrating risk, device posture, and MFA.
Drive strategic security governance and respond decisively to cyber incidents.
Help shape IT continuity and recovery planning -- keeping us prepared for anything.

What We’re Looking For:

5--10 years in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity and identity.
Deep technical hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and MS365 Security.
A mix of practical know-how and strategic vision -- you can execute and advise.
Experience with managed security services and tools like SIEM, EDR , and vulnerability management.

Certifications like SC-300, MS-500 , or CISSP? That’s a big plus
