Our Global IT team is on the frontlines of innovation, supporting dynamic projects across the world. From simple service requests to cross-market initiatives, we deliver tech that drives our business forward -- securely and smartly.

This isn’t just a technical role -- it’s a strategic one. You’ll be leading the design and implementation of our security architecture using Microsoft’s powerful suite of tools. Your expertise will help us build a Zero Trust environment, safeguard identities, and ensure resilience in the face of ever-evolving threats.

As a IAM / Security Engineer, you will:

• Lead cutting-edge security architecture projects using the Microsoft Security Suite.

• Conduct security assessments & workshops to improve our organization’s cyber awareness.

• Strengthen our IAM solutions, managing SSO, lifecycle management, and Entra ID Protection.

• Design smart Conditional Access strategies integrating risk, device posture, and MFA.

• Drive strategic security governance and respond decisively to cyber incidents.

• Help shape IT continuity and recovery planning -- keeping us prepared for anything.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5--10 years in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity and identity.

• Deep technical hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and MS365 Security.

• A mix of practical know-how and strategic vision -- you can execute and advise.

• Experience with managed security services and tools like SIEM, EDR , and vulnerability management.

Certifications like SC-300, MS-500 , or CISSP? That’s a big plus
