This position will play a pivotal role in this journey. The position sits at the core of the transition of the steering gear and rudder business to Neuver Maritime and carries full commercial responsibility for driving growth.

Master Scheduler

Join Neuver Maritime as Master Scheduler and become a key contributor to our mission of ensuring safe and efficient maneuvering at sea.

In this dynamic role, you’ll combine our maritime legacy with modern technology to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and project success.

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, forward‑thinking Master Scheduler to take ownership of our production planning. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex puzzles, and excel at keeping multiple moving parts aligned, this role will suit you perfectly!

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule, both short and long term

  • Balance demand, capacity, and material availability to ensure smooth operation

  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Project Management, Logistics, and Sales

  • Monitor constraints, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans proactively

  • Communicate schedule changes clearly to all stakeholders

  • Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or operations

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • A structured, solution-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) is an advantage

  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
