Preferred Location: Oslo (Norway), Rødovre (Denmark), or Nurmijärvi, (Finland).
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs HR Business Partner for the Northern Europe region, you will play a key role in driving both strategic and operational HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with regional leadership and local teams to ensure alignment with global HR strategies while adapting to local needs and legal frameworks.
Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a Strategic HR Advisor: Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. You will provide expert guidance and support to ensure our people strategies align with our business goals.

Manage the Full Employee Lifecycle: Oversee key HR processes from start to finish, including leading regional employer branding and recruitment efforts, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience, and supporting performance, development, and succession planning.

Drive HR Operations & Systems Excellence: Administer our HRIS (SuccessFactors) for all key modules and act as the first line of support for users in the region. You will maintain and improve our regional HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure Regional HR Compliance: In close collaboration with the Regional HR Manager, you will ensure all our HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations across the Nordic countries, supporting audits and legal reviews as needed.
You are a strategic and empathetic HR professional with a passion for developing people and organizations. You are adept at building trust and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on operational excellence.
Essential Requirements:-
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably at a Nordic level.

Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (experience with SuccessFactors is a significant advantage).

A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Professional fluency in both English and Norwegian (written and spoken).

A deep understanding of labor law and regulations across multiple Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland).

Experience in strategic workforce planning, change management, and talent management.

Familiarity with the Google Workspace environment.
